Left Behind is a documentary is about the choices a group of determined mothers made in order to challenge the New York City Public School system to open a free school for dyslexic students and the challenges they have to face. In addition, the film highlights the complexities and difficulties dyslexic students face after graduation and the unfortunate connection dyslexia and incarceration have. It is a must see!
